April 3, 1951 – July 30, 2022

Robert passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022 at his home in Central at the age of 71. He was born in Winnfield, LA and was a retired pipefitter with Local 198. A graveside service will be held Friday, August 5, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Memorial Park conducted by Rev. Terry Bishop. He is survived by his son, Adam F. Temple; daughter, Mistalyn Matte; fiance’, Carol Cassano; his beloved fur baby, Belle; nephew, Rickey Colligan; nieces, Dawn Roshto and Brandy Vasquez. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas E. and Betty Jo Box Temple; his children, Robert Jay Temple, Jr. and Candace Christine Temple; brother, Thomas E. Temple, Jr. and Hiram Richard “Rick” Perez. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Please sign our online registry book.
