Danna Dee Meuret, 59, was born on December 14th , 1962 in Baton Rouge Louisiana passed away July 30th , 2022 in Baton Rouge holding hands with both her children. Danna
enjoyed gardening, playing with her dogs, watching LSU football, cooking for her family, and watching lifetime movies. Danna was a medical assistant for 10 years where she enjoyed helping the public before her passing. Danna is survived by her husband, Richard Meuret, her two beloved children, Baylee Vaughn and Geoffrey Vaughn, her mother, Brenda Holliday, her brother, Shannon Holliday, and her wonderful friends throughout her life. Danna is preceded in death by her father, RC Holliday. Danna was a regular activist for the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). We would like to thank all the staff at Our Lady of the Lake medical center for taking care of not only Danna but her family as well. We would also like to thank LOPA (Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency) for allowing Danna to be a “Silent Hero” and touch many lives with her selfless sacrifice. Despite the family being devastated by the loss of Danna, they have strength and peace of mind from our Lord and Savior knowing Danna will have eternal life in Heaven.
