Christopher Scott Sprecher was a loving husband, father, son, brother, mentor, and friend. He left this world suddenly on September 24, 2022, at age 47.

Scott was born on June 30, 1975, in St. Charles, MO. He joined the US Marine Corps after high school and served his country for four years. Everyone who met Scott knew his heart for the Lord. He loved reading his Bible daily, fishing and hunting; singing worship music; sports; serving the military, the Discovery community, and his Healing Place Church home; and most of all, Jesus Christ, his precious wife, cherished children, and family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Paul Sprecher, and his grandmothers, Johnnie B. Johnson and Muddy Oliver. Scott is survived by his wife; children; mother, Linda Dianne Weinreis; his brothers, Kenneth Sprecher and Trenton Sprecher; and many in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

To Lana and Scotty’s family, may God Bless you all and give you strength, peace, and patience during this difficult time. I served with Scott our entire time in the Marine Corps. We both fought from the same fighting hole while in Mogadishu, Somalia. We were roommates upon checking in to Alpha Battery 1/11. He will always be my Brother for Life. My heart is heavy with sadness, but my faith assures me Scott has gone on to Fiddler’s Green where all Artillery men reunite in God’s Glory.

Sprecher, may God’s perpetual light shine upon you. Fair winds and following seas, Marine. Until we meet again, pulling guard on the streets of Heaven. Semper Fidelis.

Looking upon this picture of Scott brought tears to my eyes, as the reality of his passing grips me.. What a wonderful man and human being he was! I know Lanna and the kids will carry out Scott’s legacy-forever sharing all of the Beautifully amazing ways he impacted every single person he came in contact with, and the Jesus he served wholeheartedly.
My life has been blessed to have known him.
    Praying for the family❤️

Scott Sprecher, There’s so much we can say about him. He had a wonderful way with people & could always put a smile on everyone’s face. He lived life, loved his family & friends & was alway positive. The #1 reason Scott was the man he was is because he knew Jesus! Scott did his best to live his life for God & it showed. He was our #1 Son n Law & will always be in our hearts. Until we meet again! We Love You🌹❤
