My sympathies to the Noble and Black families, relatives, and friends. Betty was a kind and loving mother, sister and aunt and I know she will be greatly missed by all who know her.

Betty was always accommodating and thinking of others. I loved talking with her and will miss her. I know I don’t have to tell her sons that their mother was incredible.
