Bobbie Palmer, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA entered into her eternal rest on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at the age of 82.
Bobbie is survived by her husband of 46 years, Noel Karith Palmer; her children, Donna Estrada (Leo), Randall “Randy” Bringol, and Scott Bringol (Monique); her stepchildren, KaRetha Kelley (Roger), Karla Covington (Gregg); and Kelly Palmer (Donna). She is also survived by one sister, Elaine Brouillette (Jack), many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Harvin and Hazel Gaspard, an infant brother Gene Luke Gaspard, her sisters Peggy Bellard and Nell Martin.
Bobbie was born on March 18, 1940 in Marksville, LA where she was baptized at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. She lived most of her adult life in Baton Rouge and retired as a head teller with Louisiana National Bank. She was a wonderful cook, beautiful seamstress and enjoyed drawing. She sang with the Sweet Adelines, loved her animals, and enjoyed RV camping. She spent her final days in the care of Heritage Manor. The family is very grateful for their specialized services along with the Baton Rouge Hospice team.
A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, October 21st at The New Beginnings Baptist Church, 9768 Florida Blvd., Walker, LA 70785. Visitation with family will begin at 11:00am followed by a service at noon.
