Anna Blount, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend went to her eternal home with Jesus on Saturday, November 19, 2022. She was 87 years old. She leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband Jessie Blount; children Gary Blount, Mark Blount and wife Sharon, Sharon McCon and husband Ray; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; her brother George and wife Gail; her sisters Annette, Norma Jane, and Audrey. Proceeded in death by her parents Thomas and Ida Hill, her sons Kevin Blount and Randy Blount, her brothers Julius and Nolan, and her sisters Aline, Agnes, Linda, and Vicky. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 beginning at 9:00am. Rev. Merlin McCon will conduct funeral services at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel. Nothing could prepare us for this loss. Nanny was always one of God’s special children. She looked forward to meeting her lord and savior.
