Due to numerous health complications, Chad Anthony Adams, age 51, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday December 22, 2022 at Capital House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Baton Rouge. Born on March 6, 1971, Chad was preceded in death by his mother Linda Laird, and father Chuck Adams. Chad is survived by a son, Brady Michael Adams and his mother, Mechelle My Le Cuendet. Also survived by a sister Betsy Adams, Aunt Nancy Adams, numerous cousins and close friends, Keisha White, Kim Fredric Dupin, Scott, Heather, Chad, Valerie and Thad Smith.
Chad worked for various construction companies through the years, mostly scaffolding related. He was a very adventurous person who had a passion for the outdoors. He especially loved all hunting and fishing related activities and was typically successful in those endeavors. Although sometimes considered to be a little overzealous, Chad had a big heart. Once he befriended someone he was typically in for the long haul, through thick and thin, and in good times and not so good times.
A small memorial service will be held after the New Year to commemorate Chad’s life and passing. The place and location has yet to be determined. Family and friends will be notified once a location and time is established. Please feel free to attend if you would like to pay your condolences.
