Audrey Gremillion Ortego born in Pearl River, MS and a resident of Denham Springs, LA passed away January 26, 2023 at the age of 90. Audrey loved being outdoors and enjoyed fishing, camping, boiling crawfish and having fish fries. She loved to dance, bake and spend time with her family and friends. She  loved going to church and would often go to church events with the children. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her children Lawrence Randall Gremillion, grandchildren; Deseree Phillips, Mitchell R Phillips, Kathleen A Lanier, Brett Lanier, Lyann M Romashyn, Alexander Romashyn, Kris Short, great grandchildren; Travis Sullivan, Caleb Phillips, Elijah Lanier, Dakota Civello, and Aspen Ware. She is preceded in death by her husbands Lawrence A Gremillion and Eddison Ortego, her adopted mother and father, her birth mother and father Margani Mahan and Eugene J Mahan, brothers; Eugene Mahan JR and Ivy Mahan, sister, Barbara Medcalf, daughters; Karen G Sullivan, Susan G Curtis, son-in-law, Kent D Sullivan and grandsons; Charles K Sullivan and David N. Sullivan. Visitation will take place Saturday February 4, 2023 at Hebron Baptist Church from 12:00 PM- 2:00 PM with service starting at 2:00 PM conducted by Bro. Destry McFearin.
