Rudele (Atherton) Pamplin a resident of Denham Springs, LA, born and raised in Cairo, Illinois, passed away at the age of 92 on February 10th 2023. She loved her family, friends, hometown, animals, and classical music. She was preceded in death by her sister, Marion Curle; mother, Anna; and father, Marion Lee Atherton. Survived by her daughter, Diana (Steve) Rills of Denham Springs; 2 grandsons, Matthew Turk of Dallas, Texas, Mark Turk Kentfield, of California; 1 granddaughter, Chelsea (Vito) Rills; great-grandson, Colston, of Kenner, La; 1 niece Candice (Jerrod) Phillipps of Newport, KY. Thank you to the staff at Clarity Home Hospice for their services the last few weeks and to Dr. Fred Petty & Dr. Jack Reid for many years of wonderful care. A memorial service will be provided at a later date.

I loved to go to Wal-Mart just to talk to her at the entrance. Was the sweetest lady I know! She will be greatly missed by me and many others that loved her like I did!
