Charlene Sauerwin Morris, 65, left our presence unexpectedly, Thursday morning, February 16, 2023 at her home in Denham Springs, LA. Charlene was a generous person. She was always looking for a way to help those in need. Together with her husband, “Bull”, they would help with the Food Banks and if they saw something discarded, they would take it, fix it, and give it…to anyone that was in need. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and her absence will be felt by so many beyond her circle. She is survived by her husband, Ronald “Bull” Morris; daughter, Catherine Smith (Ryan); sons, Ben Morris (fiancé, Karla Martin), and Jamie Polozola; their “adopted son” Joshua Morris, Jr. that they took in and raised and loved as their own; grandchildren, Garrett Polozola, Kinsleigh Smith, Mahala Price, Sophia Nations, and Brantley Morris; siblings, Kelly Sauerwin, Joyce Johnson, and Anna Holland; as well as the many lives she touched through the years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Irene Sauerwin; and siblings, Joseph Sauerwin Jr, and Charlotte Sauerwin. The family will hold a celebration of her life at a later date.
