Vickie Lynn Gill Richardson 70 years old a resident of Rogersville, TN and native of Denham Springs, LA is walking with Jesus on streets of gold after she went home to be with the Lord surrounded by her loving family on March 21st, 2023. Vickie was a woman of great faith who shared her testimony with all she knew. She was selfless and was never a materialistic woman who was a source of strength, advice, encouragement, and prayers who will be greatly missed by all who have been blessed to know her. Vickie was most proud of all of her family and would lovingly refer to her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and their spouses as her “kids”. Her greatest desire was that her “kids” accepted Jesus as their personal Lord and savior and knew Him the way that she did.
Vickie was preceded in death by her parents Collins and Edith Cassle Gill and nephew Eric Harrison. She is survived by her daughters Belinda Richardson (Ricky Albin)of Springfield, LA , Celeste Kemp (Joseph) of Rogersville, son Ronald “Rusty” Richardson, Jr. (Becky) of Holden, LA, grandchildren, Farrand Manuel, Sean Higginbotham, Courtney Viers, Leanne Garcia, Ethan Kemp, Travler Richardson and Gunnar Richardson, great-grandchildren, Arianna Manuel, Brees Manuel and Cassia Garcia, sisters, Sharon Cowart (Donald), Maxine Day (Ivy) all of Denham Springs, LA, and Vanessa Harrison of Satsuma, LA, brothers, Neil Gill (Linda) of Denham Springs, LA and Michael Gill (Norma) of Osyka, MS, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 26, from 12 p.m. until service at 2 p.m at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, LA. Pastor Randall Gill will officiate. Pallbearers will be Sean Higginbotham, Rusty Richardson, Travler Richardson, Gunnar Richardson, and Brandon Viers. Burial will follow in the Gill Cemetery, Denham Springs, LA.

Praying for the family. She was like my sister. I loved going to Tennessee to visit her. Our last visit was around Christmas of 2022. We had a 3 day visit and had a good time
