Lucille C. Achord, 83 of Walker La. Loving mother and Grandmother, passed away in her home surrounded by her family on June 4, 2023. She was loved by many and known for keeping up her home. “Her Children rise up and call her blessed. Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all.”-Proverbs 31:28-31. She was born on October 9, 1939 in Melville La.
She is survived by her children Raymond (Lisa) Achord, Thomas “Skeet” (Beth) Achord. Siblings Joseph “JA” (Lucille) Clark, Loretta Morrow, Patsy (Tommy) Wilson. Grandchildren, Shawndee (Hunter) Lee, Johnathin “John-John” (Mary) Achord, Kristina “Kristi” Achord, Anna (Josh) Thomas, many great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank Clark, Lena Maddie Clark, Siblings Clyde “Bo” Clark, Frank Clark Jr., Brother- in- law, Ciro Marrow and nephew Ciro Morrow Jr.
A graveside service will be held at Rest Haven Garden of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, La. 70816 on Wednesday, June 7th at 11:00. Service in front of the last supper. Condolences may be offered at www.sealefuneral.com
