Juanita Price, born September 29, 1929, to Charles and Lucille Grizzard in Savannah, GA left this world on June 6, 2023, at 8:49 A.M. to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. While she went through many trials, losing her husband Earl Price at only 25 years of marriage, losing her daughter Sandra, suffering from Alzheimer’s for 10 plus years, and losing her son David. She suffered and stood the test, never one time questioned God, why me Lord. She kept the faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. She kept a smile up until she took her last breath. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs, on Monday, June 26, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. noon. Reverend Matt Hadley will conduct the funeral service. A burial will follow in Palmetto Cemetery in Walker. Juanita is survived by her son Richard Price and wife, Dianne Price, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Son David Price, daughter, Sandra Nolan, father and mother Charles and Lucille Grizzard, sister Margie Allen, brothers Charles Jr., Bruce James and Roger Grizzard. A special thanks to Hospice and caregivers Kathryn McCarty and Angela Allen, along with numerous others throughout her Alzheimer’s years.
