Clinton M. LeGrange passed away on 9.14.2023 in his home of 32 years in Denham Springs Louisiana with loved ones. Clint’s core foundation as a child was built in the bayou of the Atchafalaya basin where he was born to Clifford and Joy LeGrange. The LeGrange’s held family up on a high pedestal as they forged their way through life. Food, Nature, Friends and Family were staples in the LeGrange lifestyle on their family compound, “The End Of the World”  on the end of hwy 75 in Bayou Pigeon. LeGrange siblings, Clifford “Chachie”, Carey, Cindy, Cherie, Carlton, Curtis, Chad “Charlie Mac” born to Clifford & Joy always used the letter C to celebrate the importance of family. The LeGrange Family moved to Baton Rouge when Clint was 15 years old where he met the love of his life who ultimately shared his family values, and that he would build his own family with, Wanda Lynn Weimer. They married in 1977 and In 1979, Corey Michael LeGrange was born. Clint, a young father, explored a cherished career in the Louisiana Seafood Restaurant and Catering industry in the 80’s with his family. His second son Clarke LeGrange, born 1988, prompted Clint to move out of the food industry where he found his way to the Alaska pipeline as a pipefitter. After spending many seasons pipefitting in Alaska away from the home he loved, Clint moved into a long career with Union 198, Welding, Pipefitting then finishing as a machinist and pump mechanic in the 90’s and 2000’s. Developing 5 acres on Amite Church road in Denham Springs with wife Wanda and Daughter in law, Brandi LeGrange, Clint and Corey went on to open a machine shop, to pass on his libraries of infinite knowledge, on their family compound in Denham Springs Louisiana. Clinton LeGrange, Loved hunting and fishing, and spent the last 20 years of his life successfully chasing white tail deer in south Texas surrounded by the people he loved most, his friends and grandchildren; Brooklyn, Cayden, Colston, and Charli LeGrange. Clint’s ability to make lasting intimate connections with other people was undeniable. Departing from this earth, he leaves behind a wealth of knowledge, and the friendships he made while on this earth made our community a better place. “Good Morning, Beautiful Sunshine”- Clint LeGrange to his loving wife Wanda every morning. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, in Denham Springs on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 5pm until 8pm. Visitation resumes at the funeral home on Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 9am until 11am. He is survived by the love of his life , his wife Wanda Weimer LeGrange, his sons, Clarke and Corey LeGrange; his daughter in Law, Brandi Debate LeGrange; Brothers, Carlton and Wife Brenda LeGrange, Chad LeGrange, & Carey and wife Kay LeGrange, Sister; Cindy and Husband Richard Jones; brother, Clifford “Chachie” LeGrange and wife Diane and 4 Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his Sister; Cherie McCormick ; Mother and Father Clifford and “Joy” LeGrange; Brother Curtis Russell “Rucky” LeGrange; Candy Marie LeGrange.
