Frances Aretha Arnold Jordan, 84, born August 5, 1939 passed from this life on Wednesday, October 26, 2023 while at Ochsner Hospital. A wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, Frances was a resident of Denham Springs, LA. She was born the first child of Oma Aretha Covington and Leon Melvin Arnold. Frances worked as a state employee; she retired from DOTD. Survivors include her only son, Randall Lane Jordan (wife Tammy) of Watson, LA, granddaughters Jennifer Jordan of Macomb, OK, Amanda Tomlinson (husband Charles), and Cara Campbell (husband Joe) of Watson, LA, eight great-grandchildren (Zayne, Nicholas, Rayna, Addalynne, Makenna, Lawson, Greyson, and Avianna), sister Melvine Miley of Baton Rouge, LA, nephew Bryan Miley, and niece Stacy Sabatino who both reside in FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Davis Jordan, her parents, Leon and Oma Arnold, and her sister, Betty Arnold. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, in Denham Springs, on Monday October 30, 2023 from 2pm until Celebration of Life Service at 4pm. Condolences may be offered at www.sealefuneral.com
