Memorial services will be held at 11:00am. He is survived by his mother Samantha Earline Guzzardo and husband Timothy William Jackson, father Robert Anthony Dornier, Sr., step-father John Paul White,  two brothers Cade Michael Guzzardo and Joseph Paul White, sister Maddison Rose White, great grandmother Patricia Ann Guzzardo,  grandparents, Terry Dornier, Katherine Black and Robert Black, Michael Anthony Guzzardo , Jr. and step-grandmother Mary Guzzardo, god mother Danielle Johnson and husband Brian Johnson and god father Patrick Guzzardo and wife Nancy Guzzardo, aunt and uncle Hazel Guzzardo and John Guzzardo, uncle and aunt Jokota Guzzardo  and Kat Guzzardo, uncle and aunt Brian Huddleston and Lydia Huddleston, uncle Jacques Folse and numerous cousins.
