Anthony “Ronnie” Galbo, loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and Uncle went to his eternal home on Saturday, February 24, 2024. Born on March 16. 1943 in Chicago, IL. Native of Morganza, La. and a resident of Denham Springs, La. He was teacher, coach, Principal, Guidance Counselor and worked in the East Baton Rouge parish school system for 25 years. Owner of R & J Impressions, Specialty Advertising. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Jean Yarborough Galbo, children, Roneé Chandler, Chad Galbo and wife Johnnie, Ron Galbo and wife Angela, 5 grandchildren Anthony Chandler (Hannah), Taylor McKlemurry (Jerri), Hannah Comeaux (Clayton), Sarah Kliebert (Kevin), Sophia Galbo. 10 Great Grandchildren, Brantley, Journey, Jordey, Jonah, Emmy, Owen, Lilly, Jude, Julien and Olivia. He is proceeded in death by his parents Anthony (Tony) Galbo, Lena Grezaffi Galbo. Brother Joey Galbo and Mother and Father-in-law Aswell & Bobbye Yarborough. Honorary pallbearers are John Grezaffi, David Rogillio, Roy Roe, Jim Miller, Joe Heath and Jimmy Yarborough and nieces and nephews. Pall bearers are Anthony Chandler, Taylor Adams, Evan Wayne Abbott, Richard White, Clayton Comeaux and Jamie Yarborough. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, La. Visitation resumes Thursday at St. Ann Catholic Church, 182 Church Road, Morganza, La. from 10:00am until funeral Mass conducted by Father Babu at 12:00pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN. 38105. Condolences may be offered at www.sealefuneral.com

I was deeply saddened to hear about Ronnie’s passing. He was not just a colleague but a true friend in the promotional industry. Ronnie was always there with a helping hand and a kind word, making our industry brighter and more welcoming.
