Michael David Vaugh, 59, of Denham Springs, passed peacefully on April 27, 2024. He was born in St. Louis on May 4, 1964, to Bill and Wanda Vaughn. When he was young, his family relocated to Louisiana. He began his career in the car business in the early nineties. He started his own business, Certified Wholesale, in 1997 which was highly successful due to the multiple strong relationships he had built in the industry. He enjoyed spending time with his loved ones, being on the river, and living life to the fullest. He had a deep love for Corvettes and owned hundreds over the years. He also loved going fast in anything with a motor whether it was in the water, on the pavement, or in the air.
He was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Wanda Vaughn. He is survived by his wife Laura Vaughn, children Steven (Crystal), Carley (Dillon), brother Donnie (Jill), sister Pam (Terry), and many nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
Services will be officiated by Rev. Jared Pugh on May 2nd, 2024 at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs, 1720 S. Range Avenue. Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00. The funeral service will be at 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Baton Rouge head Injury Association.
