William Louis Jones, Sr. passed away Friday, June 11, 2021 at his home in Denham Springs at the age of 82. He was a retired crane operator. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs Sunday, June 13, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Monday, June 14, 2021 from 10:00 AM until religious services at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery. He is survived by his daughter, Sandra J. Chapman; son and daughter-in-law, William L. “Billy” Jones, Jr. and Marla Jones; sister, Brenda Manske; 7 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; I great-great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Belle Strother Jones; sons, Randy, Brent and Kevin Jones; parents, William Edward and Margaret Ethel Jones; daughter-in-law, Dixie Jones and son-in-law, Tim Chapman; sister, Jackie Mayers. My sweet, sweet cousin. We grew up together, missed each other while we were busy with our own families. But losses between us brought us together once more. I will never forget you and will miss you once again until we meet forever. Much love I send your way, W L.
