Clara Jean Hodge Wiles of Walker, LA. born March 6, 1950 in Bolivar, Tenn. She passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the Carpenter House in Baton Rouge, LA. at the age of 71. She was a devoted wife, aunt and friend. Clara Jean is survived by her husband of 42 years, Lonnie Wiles. Also survived by her brothers, Dennis (Linda) Hodge of Water Valley, MS., Phillip (Delane) Hodge of Walker, LA., sisters, Judy (Sonny) Achord, Pat Achord of Walker, LA. Survived also by her brother-in-law, Bobby (Susan) Wiles of Walker, LA. and numerous, nieces and nephews. Services will be held at House of Prayer Holiness Church in Walker, LA on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 9am until funeral services at 2pm, conducted by Rev. Ray McDonald. She was preceded in death by her parents Truman and Aliene Hodge. Pallbearers will be Austin Achord, David Achord, Bo Achord, Craig Crawford, Ty Crawford and Jeremy Evans. Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Wiles, Bransen Evans, Steven Hood, Darion McMorris, Dwayne Bolton, Billie Keller and Larry Williams. Condolences may be offered at www.sealefuneral.com

    I worked with Jean at Live Oak Thrift Shop for many years. She was always pleasant and a hard worker. I was sorry to hear of her death.
