Andrew passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at his home in Denham Springs at the age of 44. A memorial service will be held at Seale Funeral Home Chapel Saturday, May 8, 2021 from 12:00 PM until religious services at 2:00 PM. He is survived by his mother, Katherine Williams; daughter, Allyson Williams; son, Dylin Mizell; maternal-grandmother, Rosalie Dickerson and several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Williams; maternal-grandfather, Bruce Dickerson and paternal-grandmother, Elizabeth Cicero. He enjoyed taking his children camping and fishing and going to the camp. He was an avid duck hunter and fisherman.
