Ida Lee Todd, a long time resident of Denham Springs, LA, 74 years young, was called to receive her heavenly wings on Saturday, January 16, 2022.  She was born at home in Lincoln County, Mississippi to Cleveland Alfred Wallace Sr. and Willie Beatrice Coleman Wallace. She devoted her life to her children and family, embracing every moment with kindness, love and truly the very best hugs.  She took every opportunity to express her love for you with her whole heart and let you know how much you meant to her. She was a precious mother and grandmother whose love for her family will remain unmatched. She never hesitated to join in the fun singing, dancing and just being silly with her children and grandchildren. She loved taking care of her plants, sewing, crocheting and quilting.

All who had the privilege of knowing her will remember her for her sweet soft-spoken voice, her kind soul, and her most meaningful accomplishment: the dedication to her children and family.

She is survived by Larry Todd and spouse Denise Todd; her sister, Peggy Corley and spouse Pete Corley; daughter-in-law, Darlene Todd; her son, John David Todd and spouse Penny Todd; her daughter, Tania Todd Bovia and spouse Sebron Bovia, Sr.

She is survived by her grandchildren Charles “CJ” Todd II, Heather Jones and spouse David Jones, Matthew Foster, Brittani Landrum, Zachary Todd, Hunter Todd, Layten Haydell Todd, Marisa Bovia, Sebron Bovia Jr., Austin Bovia, Mandy Haydell and James “Scooter” Haydell.

She is survived by great-grandchildren Korban Pinell, Andy Pinell, Noah Jones, Wyatt Jones, Nevaeh Haydell.

She was blessed to have and love many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William A. Wallace Sr. (brother) and Cleveland “CA” Wallace Jr. (brother), a niece, a nephew, and her beloved son Charles “Chuck” Todd.

Visitation to celebrate her precious life will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Seale Funeral Services in Denham Springs, LA.  Her ashes will be placed at her final resting place along-side her beloved son “Chuck” at a later date accompanied by immediate family.
