Bradley Joseph Duplessis of Baton Rouge, born December 7, 1976, passed away peacefully at the age of 45, on Saturday, October 15, 2022. Brad was an amazing father that loved his three daughters more than life itself. He enjoyed cooking and watching football with family and friends. He worked at the Baton Rouge Fire Department and retired as Fire Captain after 26 years of service; he also worked at Roco Rescue for 25 years.

Brad is survived by his three daughters, Alexis Renee Duplessis, Makenzie Nicole Duplessis, Jada Bradlee Duplessis, their mother, Heather Reeves Duplessis, and granddaughter, Saylor Renee Baham. He is also survived by his mother, Sandra G. Campbell, step-father, Carroll Campbell; step-mother Diane Duplessis; sister, Staci D. Jones (Scott); brothers, Ricky Campbell (Vicky); Todd Campbell (Carol); step-grandmother, Lelia K. Duplessis and numerous nephews and nieces. Brad was preceded in death by his father, Kerry Lynn Duplessis; paternal grandparents Julian J. Duplessis and Marion J. Duplessis; maternal grandparents, Jack Gremillion and Hilda D. Gremillion.

Visitation will be held at Live Oak Methodist Church Thursday, October 20th, 2022 from 9-10:30 with the memorial service to follow.

    I am so sorry to hear of Brad’s passing. He was a very kind man to all who knew him. May God give you much comfort and peace as you all go through this journey.
