Raymond Patrick Danny Bokan “Pat” was born in Illinois on April 25, 1966. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard W.F. Bokan and Nora Jane “Williams” Bokan, as well as 2 brothers, Glen William “Billy” and Robert Bokan “Rob”, and 1 sister Lisa “Gillson” Caswell.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Audrey Bokan. They have lived in Ponchatoula, LA for 10 years, along with his mother-in-law Lucille Partl. They have 6 children: Sheldon Bokan, Larissa Bokan, James Murphy, Rachel McNaughton with her husband Jason McNaughton of Illinois, Jason Wallace, and Kenneth Murphy “Kenny” of Missouri. Pat and Audrey have 11 grandchildren. He also has 2 sisters, Bonnie Bleckler and Susan Clinton of Missouri.
Pat never knew a stranger and he had a kind and generous heart with everyone he knew. He loved all his children and especially his grandchildren. They made his heart happy. He had a warm smile, a big heart, and a kind word for everyone. Pat enjoyed fishing, grilling out with a cold can of Bush beer, working in his yard, watching the Dallas Cowboys play football, and listening to country music with his best friend Audrey. He loved talking and spending time with his friends. He came to know Jesus when he was a young boy.
Pat passed away on March 28, 2024 after a year battle with glioblastoma brain cancer. Pat will be missed greatly by everyone. He can’t come back to us, but with the grace of God, we can go to him some day.

Pat was a great coworker, a good friend, and a good person. He will be missed. I wish my condolences to his family who were there for him just as he was there for them.
