I met Mrs Blanchard through her son Randy. Randy and I raced cars together and become good friends. Mrs Blanchard was always smiling and happy every time I saw her. Through the years I saw a very loving family. A mother that loved her kids and kids that loved their mom tremendously. I saw a son that took care of his mom whenever needed. I found out through the years where they got it from – their mom. A mom that raised great kids with unconditional love and gave them all that they needed. I can’t imagine how hard it must be, but I can tell you this. She’s smiling down from the heavens and looking at her family smiling. A very proud mom.
Her family will be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
